LO4: Legal and Ethical
According to the ASA guidlines these are the thing that I need to be cautious of with the graphic design pieces that I have made.
I am making graphic design pieces for a Music Festival, this means that even though their is usually alchohol at these kind of events I will not need to show them on my festival designs as it is not a big part of the festivals. This means that I dont need to worry about the
My graphic design work can not include anything that could be seen as offensive, this means i have to be causion of the content on my images and text.
The purpose of my graphics is to advertise the festival to get a wide range of audiences involved. This means that I need to make sure there is no misleading advertising such as prices and artists attending the festival. If there was to be misleading content it could istantly give the festival a ba reputation as well as breaching the legal and ethical rules.
Becuase my festival is open to everyone I do not have any legal and ethical rules that I am concerned about as I have not included any offensive content.
